Called the "El Dorado Jet", Braniff's first jet the 707-227, it was advertised as being the fastest airliner in service. Also called "the airliner with the big engines", Braniff continued their original markings from the prop days and continued with their "pepsi scheme" markings until the advent of the new all color markings.
